		<description>I think Step 1 in this process needs to be circled, highlighted, and starred. In my experience as a GenY&#039;er, I&#039;ve found that once an objective is known, the rest of these steps fall into a logical place.

I&#039;ve also found that Step 1 requires managers to be at least somewhat candid. I&#039;ve had moments where no amount of questioning or discussion led to a clearer picture (sometimes this was due to confidential projects in the business, other times it was due to bad communication abilities in the line of command). In those times when ambiguity can&#039;t be erased, I think it&#039;s best to work hard, check in with management often, and prepare oneself to spend a little extra time than would normally be needed.</description>
