Multi-Generational “Quick Hit” Sessions
Multi-Generational “Quick Hit” sessions are facilitated conversations that focus on specific, and often somewhat contentious, topics. These 60 – 90 minute sessions give your staff a way to discuss what can be touchy topics in a non-confrontational setting. The group comes away with a series of key take-aways, at least one personal commitment, and the opportunity to see how their co-workers view these issues. This can dramatically improve working relationship not only across, but also within generations. Sessions can be held monthly or quarterly, and are a great follow-up to our workshops.
Topics include:
- communication complexity
- multi-tasking effectiveness
- entitlement
- dress code
- flex-time
- telecommuting
- feedback frequency
- access to internet & social networking tools
- organizational loyalty
- loving your job in tough times
- fun in the workplace
