Appreciating Generational Diversity

If your organization is experiencing tension, conflict and reduced effectiveness when members of different generations work together, the Appreciating Generational Diversity workshop can improve your inter generational working relationships.  We will assure that the participants understand where other generations are coming from and examine why the generations are the way they are.  Participants will come to recognize that not every one of a certain generation will fit the profile and they will appreciate that a multi-generational workplace is a gift.  The workshop concludes with developing approaches to leverage multi-generational opportunities and work through generational conflicts.
