		<description>Thank you for sharing what we all think, and do. Our hyper-connected, always available society has given us tools that allow us to isolate. Even as I type this, I am distracted by e-mail pop-ups, chiming smart phone alerts, and the music/podcasts broadcasting from my media player.

Perhaps meditation is a tool we can use to break ourselves of the multi-tasking habit we all are living.

Oops, gotta go, phone&#039;s ringing.
